How to Make Cranberry Pineapple Sparkling Punch

Happy happy Monday!! It’s a NEW week with endless possibilities! I am NOW on Christmas break and I get to see my family and beloved friends and I’m so excited. There truly is no place like HOME.

Thank you so much for continuing to tune in to mine and Mackenzie’s Holiday Series! We’ve had so much fun with this collaboration. To read more about Mackenzie, check out her blog or my last post about our Peppermint Bark treat.

Today, we are posting how to make THE BEST holiday beverage (in our opinion). Man, I just want to drink this every day! You’ll want to, too, after you make some! It’s a red drink and you can dress it up with the cranberries and limes to top it, to make it look more festive! (red and green for Christmas). It is SO EASY to make because you just add all the ingredients into the pitcher, add prettiness and viola!

The pitcher is from Kate Spade. How cute is that to serve with?! First Come, First Served.

The copper measuring cups are from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They make baking so much more fun!

Ingredients:

3 cups (24 oz) of 100% canned pineapple juice, chilled

3 cups (24 oz) cranberry juice cocktail, chilled

4 cups ginger ale

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (we used frozen)

1 lime, thinly sliced

Directions:

1. In large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together: pineapple juice, cranberry juice, & ginger ale.

2. Add ice, sliced lime, & cranberries

Two steps only! How easy is that?! I found it really difficult to thinly slice the lime, so don’t be discouraged if you run into the same thing. I did my best and really it’s just to make the drink look pretty so don’t sweat the small things and make an easy drink to serve your favorite people!
